With regards to warranty we want to create a fair and honest relationship with our customers and will always try to help when and where we can. We are in business for the long term and want to make sure you keep coming back for more machines!

Our machines all come with different levels of warranty depending on customer needs. Some machines are sold on a trade basis so you get the benefits of the machine at a reduced price but the machine is sold as it is with no warranty. Other machines go through our workshop and have a tapered warranty to help mitigate risks when buying used machinery. Talk to us about your individual needs.

That being said we are selling used machinery and you are purchasing used machinery. We do our best to prepare machines to the highest level but used machinery does go wrong. When it does, we are on the end of the phone and are confident we can find a way through it. Thats the Thorncliffs difference.
